not so anitpasta salad

Ingredients
2 cups romain lettuce, torn1 yellow tomato, sliced1/10 cup shredded mozzarella cheese2 thin slices prociutto, chopped2 oz roasted red pepper, sliced & deseeded1/4 cup red onion, chopped1 cup radish, chopped2 tbsp italian dressing
Directions
put ingredients in mason jar in this order:
dressing
radishes
onion
tomato
prociutto
cheese
lettuce

when you're ready to eat, just shaking it up to coat everything in dressing, then eat out of the jar or pour into a bowl
