Sausage Quiche

Ingredients
6 eggs1 cup heavy cream1 lb. country sausage, browned1 c. shredded cheddar cheese1/2 tsp. saltpepper to tastedash of red pepper flakesdash of garlic powder
Directions
Brown sausage. Place on bottom of greased dish.
Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over sausage and cheese
Bake at 350 for 35 - 45 minutes.
Can be baked in large pie pan, or as I do in a 9" square baking dish
