variation of Black Bean and Turkey Sausage Soup

Ingredients
1 pd black beans2 C chopped raw onion1 C diced celery3 cloves minced garlic2t cumin, ground1t coriander, groundground pepper to taste2 cans (4 ounce) mild green chiles1 pds Eckrich Skinless Turkey Sausage, cut into bite size pieces2 C chicken broth4 C water (may use one cup of water from cooking the beans)
Directions
4 servings.
Soak beans overnight. Cook in pressure cooker until soft. Mash a third of the beans. Saute onion, garlic in olive oil with spices until soft. Add chicken broth, chiles, beans and water, simmer for at least 45 minutes. You can add liquid, either broth or water if to thick for your taste. Add sausage and simmer to taste.
