2 strips bacon1/4 cup red bell pepper5 green beans1/4 cup onion2 tablespoons non-fat milk2 teaspoons salsa
Fry bacon, drain on paper towel, remove excess grease from pan, saute onions, bell pepper, green beans. Whip 2 eggs with two tablespoons of low fat milk. Add eggs to sauted veggies, cook for 1 minute.
