Cottage Cheese Dip

Ingredients
2 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese1 pk Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix, DRY
Directions
Whiz together in Vitamix or food processor until smooth and creamy (like sour cream)

Chill about 1 hour. Serving Size 2TB

DIP away....veggies, chips, whatever suits your fancy

Use as a topper for Potatoes

VARIATION:

Omit the Ranch Dressing Mix and add any fruit or concentrated frozen fruit juice you wish for a great Fruit Dip.

    I used a dry onion dip mix I buy at a local store. Name brand Halladay's Farmhouse 5 Onion. It was pretty good with celery sticks. May try it with some wheat crackers tomorrow. Might be good on a baked potato. Would make again. - 1/29/11
