11oz chicken breast, grilled and diced4 cups romaine lettuce1/2 medium cumber peeled and diced1 medium tomato peeled and diced4 oz feta cheese crumbled2 large scallions diced1/2 ripe avocado (Hass) diced4 tbsp Trader Joe's fat-free balsamic dressing
While chicken is on the grill, dice lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado, and scallions.
Mix in large bowl.
Add warm grilled chicken, feta cheese, and vinagrette.
Toss and serve!
