.5 Sweet potato1 Green bell pepper1 carrot 2 cups lentils1/3 c coconut milk2 tbsp tomato paste 2 tbsp red curry paste
Directions

Add ingredients to slow cooker, add 3 cups water. Stir. Cook on high 4-6 hours.
