Oven Fried Chicken Breasts

1/3 cup avocado oil1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut2 TB arrowroot flour2 tsp sea salt1 tsp dried parsley1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder4 boneless skinless chicken breast
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour the oil into a pie plate or shallow dish. In a separate pie plate or shallow dish, mix the coconut flours, salt, parsley, garlic powder and onion powder together.
Dredge the breasts through the oil then through the flour mixture.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until they're golden brown.
