Potato, chicken, corn, pepper, and bean chowder

Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken, cut into 1" pieces.3 cups frozen corn32 oz (4 cups) chicken broth1 medium sweet red bell pepper (1 cup chopped)28 oz can green beans1 cup skim milk2 cups instant mashed potato flakessalt and black pepper to tastecrushed red pepper
Directions
In Dutch oven, combine chicken, frozen corn, and broth. Cover and bring to boiling over high heat. Simmer 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked. During that 12 minutes, add green pepper. With 3 minutes left on the timer, add the milk. When timer dings, add potato flakes and stir well. Salt and pepper to taste. Add crushed red pepper on top, if desired. 8 1 cup servings.
