Creamed Eggs

Ingredients
1 block Cabot Sharp Extra Light Cheddar Cheese8 hard boiled eggs1 cup skim milk2 Tbsp butter2 Tbsp flour
Directions
Chop up hard boiled eggs.
Shred block of cheese.
Melt 2 Tbsp butter. Add 2 Tbsp flour.
Gradually add 1 cup milk.
Mix in shredded cheese.
Allow sauce to thicken stirring occasionally.
Mix in hard boiled eggs.
Serve over toasted waffles.
