Classic Gluten Free Protein Granola

Ingredients
Dry:4 c. Bob's Redmill Gluten Free Rolled Oats1/2 c. Flax Meal1/2 c. Almond Meal1/2 c. Chia seeds1.5 c. coarsely chopped pecans1 c. coarsley chopped almonds"Wet":1/4 c. coconut oil2 T pumpkin seed oil1/4 c. raw honey1/4 c. dark brown suger1 T. Raw agave nectar1/2 tsp. pink sea salt2 t. grounda cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

Combine all "Wet" ingredients in a small sauce pan and heat to a gentle boil

While wet ingredients are heating, combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl

Add saucepan mixture to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly

Spread mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with non-stick foil or parchment paper

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until desired crispiness... stir mixture 1-2 times during cooking process. Granola will be golden-dark brown when it's finished
