Pork Lentil Stew

Ingredients
1 bag of dry lentils1 pkg. boneless pork stew meat4 stalks celery, chopped12 large baby carrots, chopped1 onion, chopped5 cups watersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
rinse and check lentils for rocks and put in crockpot with everything except salt and pepper. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, until pork is tender and lentils are soft. Salt and Pepper to taste.
