cream of mushroom scallop potatoes

Ingredients
4 (2-1/3"x4=3/4" potatoe peeled and sliced1 can of low fat cream of mushroom soup1 cup non-fat milk1 tsp pepper1 dash salt1/4 cup chopped onions1 tbsp garlic powder
Directions
Mix all together except potatoes. Once mixed together, put into baking dish, add sliced potatoes and mix. Bake 350 until potato is done (45-60 min)

    The idea sounded great but the dish was horrible. I dunno if the TBSP of GARLIC POWDER ruined it but I would suggest using less WAY less. - 10/13/10
