4 (2-1/3"x4=3/4" potatoe peeled and sliced1 can of low fat cream of mushroom soup1 cup non-fat milk1 tsp pepper1 dash salt1/4 cup chopped onions1 tbsp garlic powder
Mix all together except potatoes. Once mixed together, put into baking dish, add sliced potatoes and mix. Bake 350 until potato is done (45-60 min)
