Basic Flan Cake

Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar1/4 cup butter3 egg yolks1 1/4 cup sifted cake flour2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1/2 cup skim milk1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Directions
Beat butter, sugar, and egg yolks until fluffy. Sift dry ingredients; add alternately with flavoring and milk. Blend well. Pour into greased and floured flan pan or 9" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes.

Serving Size: Cut into 16 slices.
