Sauteed Spring Vegetables

Ingredients
*Butter-Ghee Purity Farms, 1 tspAsparagus, fresh, 1 cup*Snow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cupCarrots, raw, 1 cup, choppedShallots, 1 tbsp choppedLemon; zested and juiced
Directions
On low heat melt ghee, sautee shallots. Add carrots and cook, stirring frequently. Add asparagus, cook some more. Add peas, lemon zest and juice; cook until you're happy with the vegetables doneness.
