cream cheese pancakes

Ingredients
4oz cream cheese4 large eggs4 tablespoons coconut flour 6 slices of bacon optionalcinnamon or pumpkin pie spice 1/2 teaspoon
Directions
chop bacon in to little pieces and cook to desired crispness remove grease let cool, in bowl add cream cheese, eggs, coconut flour and spice mix well. The flour thickens the mix to a more normal consistency of pancake. Add the bacon and mix again. Cook like regular pancakes in heated pan.
