This is a "low carb" recipe - so no changes need to be made to it. Fat doesn't make you fat people! - 7/15/12

I added some onion and about 1/4tsp of pink salt while cooking the hamburger, and I also used a 12 oz bag of frozen cauliflower. I liked this recipe. It's not a favorite, but it's good. - 8/3/18

I use either chicken or turkey and I add a few extra seasonings. But, I love the recipe. - 3/5/13

I used 93% lean ground beef, reduced fat sour cream, reduced fat chive and onion cream cheese and increased the garlic powder to 2 tsp. I also mashed the cauliflower slightly. This was really tasty. I will definitely make this again. - 9/7/10

Good, and the kids loved it. I used FF sour cream and RF cream cheese - and added a little more spice as it was a tad bland. Will do again. - 2/9/10

Decent. I think I tripled or quadrupled the spices though, and added pepper. I used fresh, orange cauliflower, but obviously any cauliflower will work. dh didn't like the cream cheese flavor - it was too strong, but I loved it. (how can one not like cream cheese?) kids ate it. would make again - 5/31/09
