Meat Sauce w/peppers and mushrooms

Ingredients
-extra lean ground beef-1 large can of diced tomatoes-2 cans of tomato paste-2 large red peppers-250 grams of mushrooms-seasoning-1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
-Saute ground beef in pan
-Chop peppers and mushrooms, saute in 1tbsp olive oil
-When beef is cooked, add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, seasonings and chicken stock. Add peppers and mushrooms when soft (depending on taste) and cover, simmering on low for 20 minutes. Serve over pasta.
