Basic Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
chop onion and sweet pepper and saute in olive oil under desired degrees of tenderness. Add paprika, and a pinch of cayenne pepper (to taste) and salt and Pepper to taste. Meanwhile stir the eggs in a bowl, add about a tbls of water. Pour over the veggies and gently scramble. Makes two servings
