Beef with wine, sour cream & pasta

Ingredients
1.5 lbs of lean stew meat2 oz red wine1 cup of beef stock1 small onion4 cups whole wheat pasta1/4 cup sour cream
Directions
put meat wine beef stock and onion in slow cooker on high for 4 hours so its tender. Cook pasta according to package instuctions. right before serving add sour cream to meat. and serve.
