6 drumsticks, skin and bone intact1 whole on the vine red tomato, chopped5-6 cloves of whole garlic1/2 large yellow onion, dicedcurry powderchili powder Kerrygold buttercoconut oil
place all ingredients in pan (except for chicken) and allow butter to melt down and sauce begin to simmer.
Add chicken, cover with sauce, bring to a boil, reduce and allow to simmer, turning legs occasionally and covering with sauce again. Serve over steamed cauliflower.
