1 can fat-free sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)1/2 cup lemon juice! small can crushed pineapple in pineapple juice, drained1/2 cup pecans, chopped1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip Fat Free Whipped Topping, thawed2 prepared graham cracker crusts
Combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, pineapple, and pecans. Fold in Cool Whip. Fill the two pie crusts with mixture. Chill in refrigerator 3 hours or until firm.
