Goat Masala with Broccoli

Ingredients
1 lb chopped goat, onion, 0.5 t mustard, 2 T masala mix (curry powder), 2 T canola oil, 1/2 c coconut milk, 1.5 c chopped broccoli, 1 c chicken broth, 1 T chopped ginger, 1 chili pepper
Directions
Take goat (should be in pieces) and salt to taste, rub on masala (curry powder). Let set for until time to cook.

Heat oil in pan, add mustard seed til it crackles. Add onion and ginger and chili. Cook til half done.

Add meat and broth as necessary. Cook til meat is done. Add coconut milk and stir in.
