Curried fish and rice

Ingredients
3.5 C. cooked brown rice360 grams of fish, cubed2 T curry powder2 T olive oil1 small yellow onion, chopped1/4 C. chopped green onion
Directions
Prepare brown rice and set aside. Heat up olive oil in large pan, cook chopped onion until translucent. Add fish and Curry powder. Stir often until fish is cooked through. Add cooked brown rice and stir until completely incorporated. Serve with a Tblsp or so of green onion on top.

Serving Size: makes 5 1.5 cup servings.
