Thai Peanut Noodles

3 tablespoons peanut butter 3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon canola/vegetable oil 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1 teaspoon ginger powder 1 teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce 8 oz. linguini or spaghetti Optional:Green onions, sesame seeds, and/or chopped peanuts (not included in nutrition information)
Cook noodles according to package directions. While noodles cook, prepare the sauce as follows:
In a medium sauce pan, whisk together sauce ingredients.
Cook over medium heat until smooth.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Drain noodles and toss in the peanut sauce.
Serve immediately. If desired, garnish with chopped green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and/or chopped peanuts.
