Shrimp and Turkey Sausage Cacciatore Stew

Ingredients
2 oz. Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Blend Pasta Rotini1 Shady Brook Farms Hot Italian Sasuage, cut into bite sized pieces12 oz Shrimp (raw)1 can Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano1 tbsp Tomato Paste3 Garlic Cloves, minced1 Large Onion, chopped2 Red Peppers, chopped.25 cup Mushrooms, chopped3 cups WaterOlivio Buttery SprayAdoboSazon
Directions
1 - Set pasta to cook in boiling water and then leave it alone!
2 - Spray Olivio buttery spray at bottom of pot and added garlic cloves.
3 - When garlic starts to cook, add a bit of water
4 - Add onion, peppers, and mushroom, then stir. Add some more water and then cover, leaving it on low heat.
5 - In a separate pan cook sausage with buttery spray. Once cooked, add to vegetables. Do the same with shrimp.
5 - Check on your pasta. Once done, drain 2/3 of the way and add pasta and water to main dish.
6 - Season with Adobo and Sazon to taste.
7 - Let simmer for about 5-10 minutes and serve hot.
