Reverse White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. maragrine- 3/4 c. brown sugar- 1 egg- 1 tsp vanilla- 1 1/4 c. flour- 1/2 tsp baking powder- 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder- 1 pkg (225g) white chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Cream margarine and brown sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla.
3. Gently stir in flour, baking soda and cocoa powder.
4. Stir in chocolate chips.
5. Drop by tsp full onto ungreased cookie sheet
6. Cook 7-9min.

Makes 25 servings of 2 cookies each. 50 cookies total approx.
