This is a double recipe.4 cups matzo meal1/4 cup sugar1 t salt1 cup oil2 cups water8 eggs
Boil water and oil in a saucepan.
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix with boiling liquid ingredients. Add eggs one at a time and mix until completely blended. Let stand for 15 minutes. Wet hands and form rolls. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
