2 portobellow mushrooms, frills removed and saved1/5 yellow onion, chopped3 oz 80/20 ground beef1 tbsp egg1/4 tsp montreal steak seasoningtopping:1 leaf romaine lettuce2 slices roma tomato
remove frills and place mushroom in 400 degree oven for 7-10 minutes to dry out silightly. combine frills, onion, beef egg and steak seasoning in bowl and press into patty. broil or fry until done. place on mushroom bun and top with lettuce and tomato.
