Water, tap, 3.5 cup (8 fl oz) *Flour, white, 7 cup *Grandulated Sugar, 4 tsp *Salt, Sifto Table Salt, 2 tsp *Yeast, Fleischmann's Quick Rise, 4 tsp
Add yeast, sugar and salt to warm water let sit for 5 minutes stir in flour stir until a shaggy dough. Cover with plastic wrap set in warm location for 90-2hrs to rise. Tear off chunk of dough put on parchment paper let set for 30 then put in over preheated with pizza stone at 400 for 35 mins
