Alfredo Sauce for Pasta

Ingredients
1 T extra virgin olive oil3 cloves garlic16 oz frozen cauliflower1 can veggie broth4 oz freshly grated Parmesan cheese4 oz fat free cream cheese1 cup chopped onion1/3 c skim milk
Directions
Heat oil in a sauce pan and add garlic and onions. Saute until starting to brown. Add veggie stock and cauliflower. Boil for 20 minutes until cauliflower is very tender. Use immersion blender or food processor to puree the mixture. Add additional ingredients to food processor and pulse until smooth, adding more milk to thin if necessary.
