Ingredients
1-19 oz. can chickpeas (drained)3 tsp. tahini (you can substitute peanut butter)3 cloves of garlic minced3 tbsp. chopped parsley1/4 c. olive oil2 tbsp. lemon juice1/2 tsp. ground coriander1/2 tsp. ground cuminS&P to taste
Directions
Blend it all in the blender or food processor till smooth. I highly reccomend the food processor if you have one.
