Peppers, Cucumber & Feta Salad

3 bell peppers (variety is best), coarsely chopped1/2 red onion, coarsely chopped1 cucumber, coarsely chopped1/2 cup olive oil1/2 cup lemon juice (or to taste)1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Chop all vegetables and place in large salad bowl. Pour olive oil and lemon juice over vegetables. Mix salad to coat vegetables with olive oil and lemon juice. Crumble feta cheese and mix into salad. Serve.
