Egg Salad, Home made 1/2 cup

Ingredients
##Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 18 serving (remove)##Great Value Sweet Pickle relish, 3 tbsp (remove)##Salt, 1/2 tsp (remove)##Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp (remove)##Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp or 1 packet (remove)
Directions
Boil eggs 15-20 minutes, cool, and peel.
Slice them up and mash with potato masher.
Add Mayo, relish, mustard and mix well.
Add salt & pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 12 - 1/2-cup servings
