800 grams fresh plums, diced (about 6 cups)3 Tbsp Corn Starch7 Tbsp Stevia & Cane Sugar blend, divided2/3 Bob's Red Mill old fashioned oatmeal, dry 2 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill's All-Purpose Gluten-Free Flour3/4 Cups Sliced Almonds 4 Tbsp Smart Balance Omega Plus Buttery Spread Cinnamon, Cardamon, and Ginger to taste
*Pre-heat your oven to 350.
*Dice the plums in to small, approximately even sized pieces
*Add 3 Tbsp cornstarch, 4 Tbsp Stevia blend, and spices (to taste).
*Stir together all filling ingredients, and pour into a 9x9 glass pan lined with foil or parchment.
*Combine oatmeal, flour, almonds, remaining 3 Tbsp Stevia blend, and Cinnamon (about 2 tsp).
*Blend dry crumble ingredients with Smart Balance.
*Spread crumble evenly over the plum mixture.
*Bake in pre-heated oven for about 45 minutes or until crumble is golden brown and the juice from the plums begin to bubble through.
Serving Size: Makes 6 generous servings or 8 smaller ones
