Creamy Low Fat Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups of Whole wheat wide noodles1 12 oz. can of Water packet Tuna drained1 package of fresh Mushrooms.75 cup of frozen peas .25-.5 cup of Non Fat Milk1 cup of FF Mayo or Miracle Whip1 cup of FF Sour cream.5 cup of 2% shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions. Add peas the last 5 min. of cooking. Combine all ingredients except for cheese. After well combined spoon into casserole dish and sprinkle to with cheese. Cover and Bake in oven at 400 degrees until hot and bubbly.

Great with baked potato chips, corn flakes or crackers crumbled on top.
