2 c. rolled oats1/3 c. maple syrup or honey1 t. baking powder1 t. cinnamon1 c. milk2 med. bananas, mashed2 T. olive oil1 large egg
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly coat 9 of the muffin cups of a standard 12-muffin cup tin with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, syrup/honey, baking powder and cinnamon until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl combine the milk, bananas, oil, egg until well blended.
4. Add the milk mixture to the oat mixture and stir well.
5. Bake until done, about 25 min.
Serving Size: Makes 9 baked oatmeals
