Ingredients
16 oz fat-free canned refried beans 15 oz canned black beans 14 oz fat-free chicken broth 1 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels 3/4 cup salsa 1/4 cup water 1 cup Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Natural Shredded Cheese Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 4 oz Chi-Chi's Diced Green Chilies 15 oz Del Monte Mexican Recipe Stewed Tomatoes 6 oz pork loin6 oz beef loin
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Cook on low 3-4 hours in crock-pot. Add cheese, stir until melted. Top with sour cream, shredded cheese and tortilla chips

    This recipe turned out great. I modified it to use only pork (rather than beef and pork) and used jalapinos rather than chiles. Very good! Just a note: I did have to cook mine longer due to using bone-in pork loin. - 1/25/11
