Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients
3 TBSP Chia seeds1 cup unsweetened almond milk2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder1 TBSP Maple Syrup (or sweetener of choice)1 tsp vanilla essence1 pinch sea saltTo make sugar free use liquid stevia in place of maple syrup - approx 6 - 10 drops or to taste1/2 cup mixed berries to serve (if using frozen berries defrost on a piece of paper towel before serving.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with mixed berries for breakfast or dessert.
