Ingredients
Directions
1.5kg ground beef4 eggs1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce1 TBSP paprika1 TBSP onion powder**2 tsp garlic powder**1/2 tsp black pepper1 tsp salt ** you can substitute the powders for fresh onion and garlic - in this recipe I find that children prefer the texture of burgers made with the powders rather than chunks of onion.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and combine well.
Form into 20 meat balls and set aside.
Preheat a large pan on medium heat. Press meatballs into patties in the pan and fry in batches for 2 mins each side.
Serve with a large salad and dill pickles on the side. Burger sauce can be made by combining mayonnaise, ketchup and finely dill pickles.
Serving Size: makes approx 20 patties
