Corn/Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
1 bag frozen corn (10 oz.)1 can black beans1-2 jalapenos - diced1 tomato dicedhandful of cilantro finely minced1-2 limes juiced SaltBlack pepper
Directions
Pour 1 10 oz. bag frozen corn into a collander.
Add one can of black beans - rinse both with water. This will rinse off beans and thaw corn.
Add diced jalapenos and diced tomatoes
Gently fold in cilantro and lime juice.

Serving Size: Approximately 8-10 servings of approx 1/2-3/4 cup
