Jean's Squash and Peppers

Ingredients
1 cup fresh Zucchini cubed1 Cup Yellow Squash cubed1 medium Onion cubed1 cup Green Bell Pepper cubed1 cup Red Bell Pepper cubed1Tbsp Canola Oiltsp seasoned salt1 Lemon Chicken Stir-Fry Seasoning Packet
Directions
Cut Squash, Bell Peppers and Onions into cubes. season the cubes with seasoned salt. Add canola oil to stir fry pan and add vegetables. Stir for 3-4 minutes, add tbsp. of water and cover for about 2 minutes; add Sun-Bird lemon chicken Stir Fry mix (prepared per packet); stir for a minute until it thickens and covers vegetables. Serve.
