Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Stew

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Chicken, light or dark meat 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (8 fl oz) 3 Cups Chicken Broth 1 Cup Baby Carrots chopped1 Can White beans, drained1/2 Cup Yellow CornmealDash of:Garlic PowderOnion PowderDried Italian Seasoning (or seasoning to your liking)Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, seasoning to taste.

Make sure to combine cornmeal thoroughly so that it does not clump while cooking.

Cook on high for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Add more broth if stew seems to be too thick.
