Ingredients
1/4C Soy Flour1Tbs Baking Powder1Tbs Flax Seeds1Tsp Olive Oil2 eggs1Tsp Vanilla 1/3C Greek Yogurt (or sour cream)1 Packet Splenda (if you like sweeter pancakes)
Directions
Mix wet ingredients, add dry ingredients (honestly, I just put all of it in the blender). Heat griddle/pan (spray with cooking spray).
