White Wine Chicken and Tomato

Ingredients
1 cup of onions julienne1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved3 cloves of garlic, smashed and chopped2 tbsp olive oil1 cup white wine1/8 cup of heavy cream1 tsp basil1.75 lbs chicken breast, cubed4 tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded1 baked endive, cut in half (optional-not in calculated ingredients)
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a pan, then add the onion and garlic. Add wine wine and let it simmer until reduced by half. Stir in the cream and basil. Cook in the chicken in the sauce. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook to your preference before removing from the heat. Cool and then mix in the parmesan cheese. Add half a cup to pasta, flat bread, or however you'd like. For a little something extra, add some baked endive!
