1 Tbs onion powder2 Tbs light olive oil2 Tbs lemon juice2 Tbs dry red wine1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Directions
Mix together and add 1 1/2 pound of trimmed beef. Marinate for at least 2 hours. Best if overnight.
