Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup sugar1/2 cup (a whole stick) of softened butter2 eggs2 tablespoons sour milk (Add a teeny tiny bit of vinegar to the milk and swish it around. Let it sit while you prep the rest of the ingredients.)1 teaspoon baking soda2 cups flour3 bananas smashed in a separate bowl1 cup chocolate chips1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350.

Blend the butter and sugar together. Mix in eggs. Blend in the sour milk followed by the mashed bananas. Add the remaining dry ingredients (baking soda & flour). Next mix in the chocolate chips & vanilla (optional). Pour into two smalled greased bread pans or one large greased pan and bake for 1 hour at 350.

Serving Size: Makes 2 small loaves or 1 large loaf
