1 kiwi, peeled 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 1 cup kale, stems removed 1/3 cup coconut water ice cubes 1 banana 1/3 cup green grapes 1 cup liquid (you could use either non-dairy milk or citrus juice like orange - or add in whole oranges with a splash of non-dairy milk)***The ingredient tracker quotes whole oranges for the liquid. If you use another liquid, you will need to adjust accordingly.
Directions
Blend and serve.

Use mint leaf for garnish.
