Kathy's Hummus

Ingredients
garbanzo beans, 3 cans low or no sodium, rinsed and drained1 fresh lemon, squeezed dry1/2 c EVOO5 cloves garlic, thin sliced or slivered1 tsp of cumin1 cup water or enough to thin to desired consistency
Directions
No cooking. Open cans, drain, rinse and drain beans. Peel garlic, squeeze lemon, pour in EVOO, pulse in food processor.
