Roasted Brussels with onion, apple, and sweet potato

Brussel Sprout, 588 gram (about a pound and a half)Apple, Gala (medium), 1 servingOnion Raw 2 cup (remove)Sweet Potato (392 gram(s) (about 2 medium)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
wash veggies
trim brussel sprouts and cut an X into the end that attaches to the stalk
combine vegetables in a baking pan, add oil and salt and pepper to taste. toss to coat.
bake at 425 for 30 minutes, turn over and bake for 15 more, or until veggies are cooked through and browned.
top with feta, balsalmic vineger, butter... (not included)
